Terms, Conditions & Refund policy
At Kids Go Wild, we aim to keep our terms simple and transparent so families know exactly what to expect. Below are the key points around payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Payments

Nursery & Home-Education Groups – invoiced monthly via our Famly app (see Fees Policy).

Stay & Play, Parties & Weekend Events – booked and paid online via our Bookwhen site (card payment).

Private Sessions (e.g. school trips, short breaks or placements via Local Authority) – invoiced and payable in advance.

Accepted Methods – card, cash, BACS, Tax-Free Childcare, childcare vouchers, or childcare grant scheme.
Cancellations & Refunds
If Kids Go Wild cancels (e.g.staff illness):

You may transfer to another session free of charge, in the exception is our closure for poor weather conditions, in these closures we cannot offer a refund or transfer to our home-education or Nursery groups. Holiday club children will be offered a transfer.

Refunds are not offered except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Director.

Nursery & Home-Ed sessions follow separate Weather & Fees Policies as mentioned above.
If your child is unwell:

No refunds are given, but tickets can be transferred if you notify us at least 12 hours before your session.

For party bookings, we will try to re-schedule. If not possible, a refund may be considered at the Director’s discretion.
If a parent/carer cancels:

For block/season bookings – cancellation must be made at least 10 days before the start date to receive a refund.

No refunds are given for:

Missed individual sessions within a block.

One-off sessions cancelled after booking.

Stay & Play block bookings once the term has started.

Refunds are not given if a child does not enjoy the session, or if a parent changes their mind about attending (including concerns about weather – sessions run in all safe weather conditions).

Activities may occasionally change due to weather or site conditions. We reserve the right to adapt sessions when needed.
Late Payments

Holiday Club payments are due at the time of booking. If using Tax-Free Childcare, you must show proof of payment before your child attends.

Late fee: £10 per day for overdue payments.

Unpaid balances may result in legal action to recover fees.
Late Pick-Ups

A 5-minute grace period applies.

After 10 minutes, a £10 late fee per additional 10 minutes will be charged.

This covers additional staffing costs.
